This document supplements the website's Privacy Policy and sets out which cookies these pages use, for what purposes, and how users can manage or disable them. In short: this site uses a single technical cookie, no analytics or profiling tools, and no embedded third-party content.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit send to your device, where they are stored and then sent back to those same sites on subsequent visits. Similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels and web beacons, can perform equivalent functions and are subject to the same rules.
By purpose, a distinction is drawn between technical cookies, which are necessary for the site to work and to deliver the service expressly requested by the user, and profiling cookies, which are used to build user profiles and to display advertising in line with the preferences expressed. By the party installing them, a distinction is drawn between first-party cookies, managed directly by the website owner, and third-party cookies, managed by other parties.
Under Article 122 of the Italian Data Protection Code, technical cookies may be used without the user's prior consent, whereas profiling cookies and third-party cookies that are not strictly necessary require freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Third-party cookies and external content
This website does not embed any third-party content capable of storing cookies on the user's device: there are no interactive maps, videos, social widgets, support chats, fonts loaded from external servers or third-party analytics services. As a result, no third-party cookie is installed while browsing and no profiling activity is carried out.
In particular, the Contacts section does not embed the Google map inside the page: it simply provides a hyperlink that opens Google Maps in a new browser tab. This is a deliberate choice and ensures that no request is sent to Google's servers, and therefore no cookie is installed, unless the user actively decides to follow that link.
If the user chooses to open Google Maps, browsing continues on an external website over which the controller has no control: from that moment onwards only Google's terms and privacy policy apply, governing the cookies and the processing carried out on that platform.
Because this website uses technical cookies only and installs neither profiling nor third-party cookies, there is no need to obtain the user's prior consent or to display a consent banner: under Article 122 of the Italian Data Protection Code and the Authority's guidelines of 10 June 2021, this notice is sufficient. A consent requirement would arise only if analytics tools, embedded third-party content or tracking technologies were introduced.
4. How to manage or disable cookies in your browser
Users may at any time configure their browser to block cookies, to be warned before they are installed, or to delete those already stored on the device. Please note that disabling technical cookies may impair some features of the site, such as remembering the selected language.

This notice has been drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), with Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 as amended (the Data Protection Code), with particular reference to Article 122, and with Directive 2002/58/EC concerning privacy and electronic communications.
Account has also been taken of the «Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools» adopted by the Italian Data Protection Authority with decision No. 231 of 10 June 2021, published in Official Gazette No. 163 of 9 July 2021, which govern, among other things, how consent must be obtained, the exclusion of scrolling as a valid means of expressing it, and the obligation to allow the choice made to be withdrawn at any time.

8. Note on legal review and implementation status
As at the date of the latest update, the website installs neither profiling nor third-party cookies and therefore does not require a consent collection tool. Should analytics services, embedded third-party content, advertising pixels or support chats be introduced in the future, a consent banner compliant with the guidelines referred to in section 5 will have to be adopted and this notice updated accordingly.
